Nourishing meals are included with your retreat ticketwe’ve got you covered!

We are planning a delicious menu for the retreat, accommodating various diets. Meal times are communal and casual – a great opportunity to relax and chat with fellow artists each morning and evening. We make adjustments as needed for vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary requirements, so you’ll always have something tasty to enjoy.

Note: The final menu may have slight changes based on ingredient availability and attendee preferences, but rest assured it will be just as hearty and delicious as the menu below. We’re committed to keeping you well-fed and energized for creativity throughout the retreat!

Day 1 - Friday:

Dinner (5:00 PM – 6:30 PM)

Garden Fresh Salad

  • Crisp mixed greens topped with your choice of protein (grilled chicken or farm-fresh eggs). Includes assorted dressings and gourmet toppings. A light yet satisfying welcome dinner to start the weekend.

Day 2 - Saturday:

Breakfast (9:00 AM – 10:30 AM)

Hearty Oatmeal Bar

  • Build your own wholesome bowl of warm oatmeal with sides of blueberries, nuts, raisins, and sweeteners like honey or molasses. Plus, a full Tea & Coffee Station to get your creative juices flowing.

Dinner (5:00 PM – 6:30 PM)

Cookout Night

  • Grilled all-beef hot dogs and vegan sausages. Mix and match toppings: chili, sauerkraut, and all the classic condiments. Sides include creamy macaroni & cheese and a fresh garden salad. Comfort food to enjoy under the evening sky.

Day 3 Sunday:

Breakfast (9:00 AM – 10:30 AM)

Classic Country Breakfast

  • Scrambled eggs and crispy bacon, plus their vegan counterparts (tofu scramble, veggie “bacon”). Served with toast and assorted jams/condiments. Of course, our Tea & Coffee Station will be ready with your morning brew.

Dinner (5:00 PM – 6:30 PM)

Chili Night

  • Enjoy the final meal before packing up and hitting the road.  Chili (meat and veggie options), with fresh cornbread and fixins.  Comfort food to enjoy with friends.
